Why should I become a member?
To place an order is required to create an account. Through your account you will have access to all of your electronic orders at Angels House Spiritual Gifts. Registration is free and we can serve you better.
You can access your account from any computer connected to the internet, login in to the members area. You won’t have to type in your details in the future and it is secure. Also you will be receiving our free newsletters with the latest news and coupons.
How to register as a member - create account?
On the menu of Angels House Spiritual Gifts there is a “Login/ Register” button. Click the button and follow the steps by filling up the form. Here you will be asked to use an active email and a password for your account.
Important: All of our communication is taking place through email, so use a valid email. Give the correct address details since so the goods will be delivered to you. After your registration you will receive an automated confirmation message to your email to activate your account. Please check also your spam/junk folder in case our message doesn’t appear in your inbox.
I cannot login to my account
Make sure that you are connected to the internet. Check again that you typed correctly your details (email, password), using the correct language on your keyboard.
I forgot my password
To reclaim your password, click on the “Login/ Register” button on the upper menu. Then click on the button “Forgot your Password?” Fill in your email you use during your registration to Angels House Spiritual Gifts shop. In a few minutes you will receive an automated message to your email with simple steps to create a new password.
Can I change the email I use in my account?
If for any reason you need to change your email, there are two options. You may contact us at info@angelshouse.eu giving us your old and new email, and we will change it for you (all your details and orders history will remain). The second option is to create a new account with your new details.
I don’t receive your newsletters
Make sure that you added our email info@angelshouse.eu to your address book. Check your spam/ junk folder to see if our newsletters are in that folder and make sure that you typed correctly your email address during your registration. Contact us at info@angelshouse.eu if it was not solved with the above steps.
Delivery - Shipment Fees
How long will it take to receive my goods?
When the goods are in stock, you will receive your package in the next working days (in Attica), in two days for all the rest areas in Greece, in 3-5 days for Greek Islands. All orders outside Greece are delivered through Greek post (express) and you receive usually in three to five working days. If products are not in stock, the same times apply from the moment we collect and ship the goods to you.
Shipping fees for orders below 50 euros
For orders more than 50 euros shipping and handling fees are free! For orders below 50 euros, the system calculates automatically the fees, according to the total weight and the corresponding shipping method. At the last step, before completing your order, you will be able to see in detail all fees before confirming your order. Free shipping applies only to all destinations in Greece.
Note: If choosing to pay with COD (cash on delivery) there is a fee of 2.5 euros and is calculated separately from shipping-handling fees. This also appears at the final step before confirming the order.
Are there any shipping fees for seminar/ sessions bookings?
No, you will not be charged with any shipping-handling fees, except if this includes any physical material that will be send to you, and of course this will be mentioned in the product description. Also there are no shipping fees for digital products in our eshop.
With which company to you cooperate to deliver your orders?
The company we cooperate is ACS Courier.
Can I track my order?
Yes, there is automatic system for order tracking! As soon as your order is received by the Courier, you will receive an automated message to your email with your trucking number. Click on the link you will find in this email to track your package.
In case the delivery of your package from the Courier is delayed, please contact the ACS branch of your area, giving them your “Tracking Number”. Also you may contact us either by phone (210-9853796) or with email info@angelshouse.eu we will be glad to help you with your order.
How do I find out about my order status?
You can always see your order status after you login in to your Angels House eshop account. For every change of your order status, you will receive an automated email.
Order status can be:
Confirmed by shopper
Pending
Confirmed
Shipped
Cancelled

How much time does it take to deliver the order?
We try to ship the products you order as soon as possible. When the products are in stock, you will receive the goods in 2 to 5 working days.
In case there is a delay we will contact you by phone or through email as to when your package will be shipped. Please note that orders to be delivered outside Greece may need 1 to 2 weeks.
Can I collect my package from your physical store?
Yes of course, please contact us at 210-9853796 or with email info@angelshouse.eu in order to set the date and time that is suitable for you. All visits to the physical store are done by appointment.
Can you deliver to my work?
Yes, we can deliver to your working place. Before completing your order, you can add another address to which you want the goods to be delivered to.
Can I order something and send it to another address as a gift?
Yes, the shipment address can be different from your address eg. your working place or to someone else with a different name and address, for gifts etc. Login to your account and add the products in our basket. On the page that opens up click on “Edit User Data & Order History” button. The first address is the one with your personal information and you can edit it whenever you wish. The next addresses you can add below, are the addresses of the receivers.
Note: Cash on delivery orders don’t apply when the address of the receiver is not the same with the address of the buyer (eg. sending gifts). In this case the order-transaction has to be completed with credit card or paypal, so the goods will be “free” to be delivered.
I received a product in bad condition
We will replace the products that were received in bad condition or different from those you ordered. In case a product is delivered with damage and is unsuitable for use, you will need to send us a photo of the damaged product tο info@angelshouse.eu
Another option is to send us the product (with your expenses) to Angels House. We will confirm it and then proceed with replacement. In case there is no stock from the same product, you may choose to replace it with another product of the same value or ask for a refund.
I received another product from what I ordered
Contact us immediatly either by phone 210-9853796, or with email info@angelshouse.eu in order to find together a solution.
A product is missing from my order
For any product or part that wasn’t delivered, contact us in 7 working days and and we will find out what has happened.
Can I return or replace a product?
You can return products that haven’t been opened and used, in seven days from the moment you received them. The customer is responsible for returning the products at Angels House. As soon as we receive the returned goods we will refund the corresponding amount to your bank account.
Not returnable:
Bookings for services (seminars, sessions, retreats etc).
Digital products.
Music & Meditation CDs.
Shipping and Handling Fees.
COD fees.
Payments - Security
Are online transactions secure?
The wabpage for transactions is secured by Eurobank and PayPal who use the latest encryption and security systems. The number and details of your credit card is always encoded and goes directly to Eurobank/PayPal. No details are stored or processed in our systems.
Which cards do you accept for payment?
The credit cards you can use are: Visa, Mastercard.
When will my card be charged for the order?
The total amount of your payment is captured as soon as you confirm your order. Your card will be charged as soon as we accept your payment and since we confirm that everything is ok with the products you ordered. In any case, if we don’t accept your order, the entire transaction is cancelled.
Which are the payment options?
During the final step of your order you can see the total amount. There you can choose the prefered payment method: Credit Card, PayPal, prepayment to bank account (Eurobank or Alphabank) and COD for orders in Greece.
What should I do if I choose to pay through bank account?
For your easement and faster service you should complete your payment to one of the following bank accounts, stating your name when making the deposit.
When making the payment to the bank make sure to give your full name so the system will be informed and we can confirm that the payment was made from you. Please note that you have to complete the transaction in 7 working days from the date you placed your order.

Cash on Delivery Orders
Regarding COD orders
Cash-on-delivery orders are fulfilled by courier. At the last step of your order the system will require you to choose your prefered method of payment. Here you can choose the COD method (available for orders in Greece).
Are there any charges for COD orders?
For all COD orders there is a fee of 2.5 euros and this is different from shipping-handling fees. All charges are mentioned in detail at the last step before confirming the order. For orders more than 50 euros we give you free the shipping-handling fees (Free shipping-handling applies for orders in Greece).
Note: COD orders are not valid when the person who is to receive the package is not the same with the buyer (eg you want to send a gift). In this case the order must be completed with credit card, so the goods will be free to be delivered.

How can I check if a product is in stock?
All products in stock can be added to your basket by clicking on the “Buy now” button. Products that are not available cannot be added in the basket, but we can inform you when the product will be again back in stock. To be informed, click on the corresponding field you will see at the product page and then fill in your email.
How do I know if my order was succesful?
A confirmation email will be send to you along with your order details.
Can I use the discount coupon for more than one time?
Yes, the coupon code can be used for all of your purchases since you use it in the period the code is valid.
I forgot to use the coupon code. Can I still receive the discount?
The discount cannot be returned, but you may use the coupon for your future orders.
I have ordered a product but is no longer in stock
“Angels House Spiritual Gifts” puts a lot of effort in keeping updated all available stock. Although some products may be out of stock because of great demand. However if the product you ordered is not available, we will call you or send you an email in the next 24-48 hours.
You can choose to wait or cancel your order. In this case if you have paid with credit card the transaction will be canceled and your card will not be charged.

Return policy
We are very proud for our products and hope that you are excited from your orders through Angels House Spiritual Gifts. For any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return back all non-discounted products, unused, with your receipt, in a period of 30 days from the date of your purchase. All purchases of discounted products and special orders are considered as finalized. All documents will be issued according to the current-date prices.
If I return a product, will I get a refund?
No amount will be refunded, except if the product was delivered in bad condition and we cannot replace it immediately.

Wholesalers
How can I buy wholesale?
Wholesale purchases is available only for stores and companies, bookstores, healing centers etc, who are interested to apply for Angels House products. Please fill in the wholesale registration form along with your company’s details. Give us a few days to confirm your registration and we will email you your username and password.
Using the codes you will receive you will be able to login on your wholesale account. If you have already an account in our eshop, your existing account will be upgraded to a wholesale account.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I place an order over the phone?
If for any reason you cannot place your order through the eshop, you can place your order over the phone. Payments can be made with bank transfer or COD (only in Greece).
Are the discounts or coupons valid for the physical store?
No, the online discounts are valid only for the e-shop.

I’m looking for a product and cannot find it on your website
Due to the amount of different of products it’s difficult for us to publish all products on the website. If you saw any product at the physical store and you can’t find it on the eshop, feel free to contact us.
The product I order is on sale, can I take back the difference?
In any case the valid price is the one at the moment you placed the order.
