Right of Withdrawal
Under Greek law, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, without stating any reasons and without any charge.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Must be accompanied by the proof of purchase
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:
- Essential oils, sprays and room fragrances that have been opened
- Candles that have been used
- Made-to-order products

Refund
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
