Prayer for Inspiration

Our Father,

Eternal source of all power, wisdom, and intelligence,

Help me receive from Your inner presence the knowledge and guidance I need to live a happy, successful life.

Help me understand that, as a creature with free will and free choice, I am never compelled but always offered the opportunity to follow Your Guidance.

Help me remember that this guidance can come to me in the form of inner impulses, tendencies, impressions, feelings, and ideas, and that, through what I call intuition, You answer prayer.

Help me always to recognize the difference between wrong and right thought, feeling, and action.

Help me to know that as I pray with faith – with a complete willingness to put forth every effort to achieve what I want on my part – Your Inner Power will attract me to the sources, circumstances, and people I need to achieve that for which I have prayed.

Knowing all this, Beloved Father, with all my faith I now pray that the channels of my mind may always be open to receive inspiration, guidance, and protection from Your inner presence.
